CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WINNERS!

1 of 5 Arduino-compatible Starter Kits from Jaycar

“I would use it to teach my daughter the basics of electronics and programming. ”

T. Forrest, au.

“I would develop machines to scare and prank my family, including a motion activated led board that would light up and scare them.”

N. Krummel, au.

“I want to build an electronic item that would tell me how deep my fishing lure is behind the boat when trolling. This would use the trig functions on the Arduino combined with the length of line let out and the angle of the line to the water. I can get an approximate idea of the lure depth using my IPhone to determine the angle but find it difficult to line up with the line.”

A. Judeson, au.

“Hand and finger movement measuring device. After a severe accident my nerves to hand were affected limiting movement and feel. I want to construct a device to measure finger movement angles and pressure so that rehabilitation can be monitored. I will use pressure sensors and potentially ultrasonic/laser to achieve this aim. Thank you for opportunity to enter. Regards John.”

J. Bothwell, au.

“Light tracking setup from Issue 50 ”
